Culver City ...

Finding the right community is as important as finding the perfect house. You probably can't imagine your next home without thinking about your new neighbors, friendships, or your child's new school. This is why it is important to find a team of Realtors who is not only knowledgable about real estate, who take an active interest in the communities in which they sell homes. Culver City has a rich 80 years of history best told by Culver City's official historian Julie Lugo Cerra .

Although Culver City is our community and we are very proud to be a part of it, we find that we can easily cover the entire Westside and especially the beach areas. Though the Westside has many attractive features and forms of entertainment, the most impressive aspects are the individual community themselves.

Westchester/Playa del Rey ...

The Westchester Playa del Rey Neighborhood Council is a product of the new Charter for the City of Los Angeles.

Neighborhood Councils hold the potential for bringing City Government closer than ever to all of the residents and businesses of the Westchester and Playa del Rey Community.

Learn how you can play a more active role in realizing this potential.

Los Angeles ...

You may also find specific City of Los Angeles information at the City of Los Angeleswebsite. Or, if you prefer, you can access the Los Angeles County website by clicking Los Angeles County

Playa Vista ...

Playa Vista is conveniently located between the bluffs of Westchester and Marina del Rey.

It's part of the dynamic Westside, yet close enough to the Pacific to enjoy a year-round Mediterranean climate.

The community is surrounded by major urban commercial centers, minutes from Los Angeles International Airport, and naturally buffered by hundreds of acres of open space. It is ideally located near transportation, recreation, cultural activities and retail services.

Playa Vista will offer the conveniences of a full-service community while featuring the advantages of contemporary design and development. Click Here to learn more about Playa Vista!

Los Angeles Airport Area ...

A primary goal of the LAX Master Plan process is to explore ways that our region can meet projected needs for air transportation while balancing those needs with the concerns of airport area communities. This cannot take place without careful consideration and thoughtful planning. Public involvement is key to any airport planning, and this website will provide up-to-date information to the public. The website contains basic facts about the various alternatives under study, including the Staff Recommended Alternative. The draft environmental studies and accompanying master plan are available online in order to facilitate the public review process. Please check out the information on this website and come back often to get new information as it becomes available.
